Majestic New Zealand partnered with CC Digital to revitalise its social media presence after a period of inconsistent activity. The objective was to increase brand awareness, maintain a consistent online presence and showcase the quality, ambience and customer experience across three Auckland cafe locations.

The Challenge

The brand needed a social media strategy that would:

  • Build a consistent posting schedule

  • Increase brand awareness and visibility

  • Showcase the quality of its food, coffee and service

  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across multiple locations

Our Strategy

We developed a tailored social media strategy to guide the first three months of content. This provided a clear roadmap for both creative direction and measurable business objectives.

Our strategy included: Audience profiling, Competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, SMART goals, Content pillars and Monthly content planning.
