Percy Cafe and Percy Events partnered with CC Digital to strengthen their social media presence and create a more consistent and engaging online experience for their audiences.

While both businesses operate under the Percy brand, they serve different purposes. Percy Cafe focuses on everyday dining, food, coffee, ambience, and the overall customer experience, while Percy Events promotes the venue, catering, and celebrations, including weddings, birthdays and other special milestones.

Our approach was to manage both businesses under one social media package, with Percy Cafe as the primary content focus to build greater awareness and engagement around the cafe while strategically supporting the promotion of Percy Events.

The Challenge

The Percy team wanted to build a stronger and more consistent presence across social media while promoting two different sides of the business.

The key objectives were to:

Increase awareness of Percy Cafe and Percy Events
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Showcase the cafe's food, drinks, atmosphere and customer experience
Promote Percy Events as a venue and its in-house catering services
Create content that appeals to both existing and new audiences
Strengthen the overall Percy brand presence online

The challenge was to create content that clearly differentiated the two businesses while keeping both aligned under one cohesive brand identity.
